4. 订阅与下载
- iOS 版本通过 App Store 或系统支持的官方渠道下载。
- Android 版本通过影猫提供的官方安装包或其他授权渠道下载。
- Windows 与 macOS 版本通过官网提供的官方安装包下载。
- 订阅、试用、续费、退款等规则以应用内展示、应用商店政策和实际购买页面为准。
5. 服务变更与中断
我们会尽力保障服务连续可用，但服务可能因版本升级、节点维护、网络波动、第三方服务异常或不可抗力而临时中断。我们可能根据运营和安全需要调整部分功能、节点或访问策略。
6. 知识产权
影猫的名称、标识、界面、文案、程序、图形和相关内容受法律保护。未经授权，不得复制、修改、分发、出售、反向工程或以其他方式使用。
7. 免责声明
在法律允许范围内，影猫按现状提供服务。我们不对因用户网络环境、设备设置、第三方平台限制、违法使用或不可抗力导致的损失承担超出法律规定范围的责任。

3. Compliant Use
You agree to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules, and not to use VEX for any illegal, infringing, fraudulent, network attack, malicious software distribution, privacy violation, or service disruption activities.
4. Subscriptions and Downloads
- The iOS version is downloaded through the App Store or official channels supported by the system.
- The Android version is downloaded through the official installation package provided by VEX or other authorized channels.
- The Windows and macOS versions are downloaded through official installation packages provided on the website.
- Rules for subscriptions, trials, renewals, refunds, and related matters are subject to in-app displays, app store policies, and the actual purchase page.
5. Service Changes and Interruptions
We will make every effort to keep the service continuously available, but the service may be temporarily interrupted due to version upgrades, node maintenance, network fluctuations, third-party service issues, or force majeure. We may adjust certain features, nodes, or access policies based on operational and security needs.
6. Intellectual Property
The VEX name, logo, interface, copy, software, graphics, and related content are protected by law. Without authorization, they may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, reverse engineered, or otherwise used.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, VEX provides the service as is. We are not liable beyond the scope prescribed by law for losses caused by user network environments, device settings, third-party platform restrictions, illegal use, or force majeure.
